Consultation cannot be provided through phone calls or WhatsApp chatting.

1. To get consultation, please describe the following through Gmail:

   • Your specific problem

   • The solution you’re looking for

   • Your complete process and materials used

   • Any relevant photos or videos

2. After reviewing your details, I will confirm if consultation is possible and provide the details of consultation charges. Minimum charge is ₹2000.

3. Once payment is received, you will get your consultation within 5-7 working days.

4. The consultation will be delivered as a one-time, single-page PDF document containing 5-10 key points addressing possible causes and solutions for your query.

   Please Note: Consultations are not suitable:

 If you want to protect your processes and materials as a trade secret, please avoid consulting with me.

Reason: This is because if you withhold some information when sharing with me, the procedures I suggest might not provide a solution for you and could even increase problems.

But you can seek research assistance from Banu without providing the details of materials or processes. However, the charges and time durations may vary depending on your requirements.

1. If the information is readily available through Google or AI.

2. If the request involves unethical formulations.

3. If you need an urgent response.

Note:

• For those who think of developing a new formula, there is no need to consult.
  You can purchase the formulas we already have. This will save you time and money. A formula cannot be developed through consultation. It can only be developed through research or trial and error. This requires a lot of time and money.

• Ready-made formulas are suitable for small business owners who are self-employed.
